Terms of Service — VisaHawk

These Terms of Service govern your use of VisaHawk, operated by CatchZone Ltd trading as VisaHawk, a company registered in England and Wales. By using VisaHawk you agree to these terms.

1. What VisaHawk Is

VisaHawk is a private appointment notification service. We monitor public booking pages on VFS Global, TLScontact and BLS International and alert subscribers via Telegram when appointment slots become available. VisaHawk is not a visa agency, immigration consultant, or legal adviser.

VisaHawk is not affiliated with VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International, any embassy, consulate, or government body.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

VisaHawk sends Telegram alerts only. Users book appointments themselves on the relevant official portal. Visa approval decisions are made entirely by the relevant embassy or consulate. VisaHawk has no influence over visa outcomes. Using VisaHawk does not guarantee you will receive a visa, or that you will be able to book a slot before it disappears.

3. The Notifications Service

The notifications service provides Telegram alerts when matching appointment slots are detected. By subscribing you agree that:

Alerts are delivered in good faith based on real-time monitoring of publicly available appointment pages
Slots may disappear before you can book them — this is outside VisaHawk's control
One subscription covers your entire family or group
Subscriptions are 31-day recurring and can be cancelled at any time

4. Refund Policy

Full refund: if no slot alert was sent during your 31-day subscription window, subject to verification.
Cancel anytime: no future charges. Active 31-day windows run to expiry.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share your subscription credentials with others, attempt to circumvent subscription checks, use VisaHawk for any unlawful purpose, or misrepresent your identity or travel intentions to VFS Global.

6. Limitation of Liability

VisaHawk's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for: missed appointments due to slot competition, visa refusals, changes to VFS booking systems, internet outages, or any consequential losses.

7. Service Availability

We aim to monitor continuously but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Temporary interruptions may occur due to VFS system changes, maintenance, or technical issues. We will notify users of significant disruptions where possible.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
