Payments: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. We receive transaction confirmation and subscription status from Stripe.

Contract performance — to deliver the notification service you have subscribed to.
Legitimate interests — to operate, maintain and improve our service.
Consent — for marketing communications and waitlist sign-ups.

4. Data Retention

Notification preferences: retained while subscription is active, deleted within 30 days of cancellation
Waitlist data: retained until you request deletion or 12 months after collection
Transaction records: retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes
